Terms and Conditions
Shop online using Paypal, for peace of mind and secure online payments. We can also take orders and enquiries by Phone or Email, and accept payment for these types of orders by BACS (contact us for details) Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Electron. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. Non-Paypal transactions can take 3-5 working days to clear before your order will be posted, Paypal transactions will be sent within one working day. All transactions are in UK Pounds Stirling (£) and include VAT at 20% but not delivery charges. Once your order has been received it will be processed and packed for dispatch, if any part of your order is out of stock we will advise you via email or phone.
We are a small, family run business aiming to provide a very high standard of customer service, we are happy to help with any questions you may have about our products or services. We aim to update our online stock details and availability on a daily basis, on the odd occasion an item may be of a different specification or out of stock. In these circumstances we will try our utmost to fulfill your order requirements as soon as possible, and will keep you informed of your order progress. We reserve the right to alter products and prices at any time.
Haylett Grange Shooting Supplies will not pass your personal information on to any outside companies, and this information is not recorded on our website. When you place an order with us your email address will be added to our mailing list automatically and we will send you the occasional email with details of our latest offers and promotions. if you do not wish to receive these emails you can opt out at any time by emailing info@haylettgrangeshootingsupplies.com or clicking 'Unsubscribe' in the email. This does not affect your statutory rights. Use of our website indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery
We will dispatch your order as soon as payment has cleared, and you can expect to receive delivery within 3 working days, please ensure someone is available to sign / accept delivery. If you have a particular deadline for an item please call us to discuss this and we will endeavor to meet you requirements. If we are experiencing any problems or delay with your order we will contact you via email or phone to keep you informed of progress. We provide delivery throughout the UK by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or TNT Express Courier Service (for bulky or heavy items). Your order will be well-packed to ensure it reaches you in immaculate condition, to reduce our carbon footprint we aim to reuse packaging where possible. For delivery outside the UK or delivery to Scottish Highlands / Channel Islands / Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, please call us before placing the order to ensure delivery is possible, and for information on delivery charges. Certain items have a higher delivery charge as they are heavy or fragile, this is indicated in the product details and is the total cost of delivery. Standard UK delivery including VAT is as follows:

International Orders
We are happy to ship items worldwide, for international orders some additional terms apply. We cannot export any of the following items outside of the UK: Cartridges, Ammunition, Pellets, Shotguns, Firearms, Air Weapons, Aerosols, Reloading Components, Chokes, Magazines, Silencers and a small selection of other items. All international orders will include UK VAT and any import or customs duty will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery cost and time scale will vary according to the order, please email us prior to placing your order with details of what you require for an accurate postage cost, time scale for delivery and to check availability of stock. If you are happy with the postage quote please purchase your order via our online shop, you will automatically be charged standard UK postage. Once we have received your order we will issue a PayPal invoice for the remaining postage due, upon completion of payment your order will be dispatched. All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, and will require a signature upon delivery. The only method of payment we can accept for international orders is PayPal, this is for added security for both the customer and us. Please ensure you order the correct item as international returns can be costly. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about our products. International returns are covered under the same terms below, however it is important that you indicate on the packaging that it is a return and not an import as this would be subject to import duty/charges which would be deducted from your refund.
Returns
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and services, and will always strive to provide the best for our customers. We advise customers to check their order carefully upon delivery, should you not be satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:
- If you order has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, is an unsuitable substitute or is incorrect then please call us within 48 hours of receipt on 01437 764493. We will advise you on the best course of action, whether that be a replacement, an alternative item or a full refund. Any costs incurred in returning an order to us under these circumstances will be fully reimbursed to you (we will require proof of postage) We strongly recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery method when returning an item to us as we cannot accept liability for any items lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.
- If you wish to return an order for any other reason e.g unwanted gift, wrong size or colour ordered, then please contact us to discuss how we might better meet your needs.We are happy to accept returns of this nature as long as they are in resalable undamaged condition in original undamaged packaging, unused and with all tags and labels attached, within 14 days of receipt. We strongly recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery method when returning an item to us as we cannot accept liability for any items lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us. The cost of returning an item under these conditions will be the customers responsibility, even if the original purchase had no postage charge. If you require an alternative to be sent out you, please telephone us to check stock availability and make a new purchase, once the returned item is received your refund will be processed.
